Changing the diaper is quite a struggle; especially for the new parents. You may have to work against the resistance of the baby who does not like the process at all. However, it is the duty of the parents that they learn to master at any cost.

- Whenever you have to change the diaper, you have to arrange all the essentials first. Never go to look for anything in the middle of the process otherwise the mess will be all around within fraction of second. Keep the wipe, powder, cotton, luke warm water bowl, dustbin and fresh batch of the diaper in your reach before starting the process.
- For the babies, it is very important to make them busy while changing the diaper, If you have something like a ball or a toy, give it to him/her so that the concentration will be shifted easily. If you are on the go, always keep it in your bag to get a smooth diaper changing process.
- If you are taking a diaper table with you during the outing, always check the capacity. If you try to use it without verifying, there are chances that it may collapse.
- It will be better to fix one ball or toy for the diapering session. With time the baby will understand it is the time to change the diaper whenever they can see the ball and assist you with the process.
- If you have a toddler who does not assist you during the diaper changing session, ask him/her to take the favorite toy along for the time to make it a fun filled experience.
- If you can notice leakage during the night time, it may be the time to change the size of the diaper. You need to select the exact size, especially during night time so that the baby will sleep through all over the night comfortably.
- It is not advisable to change the diaper in the pram as there may be chances of injury.
